Prices exclude Shipping.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is only applicable to Singapore
customers.
Goods
can be delivered in the following methods:
By
air parcel post: this is the cheapest but goods will be delivered to a
post office near you. The maximum weight limitation is 15 kg.
By DHL ,
FedEx or other courier companies of your choice: this is for those items
that are required urgently or where the item is delicate and subject to
breakages.
By the
freight forwarders: for heavy items. It is considerably cheaper than the
courier companies but the freight forwarder is only able to deliver to
the major airport at your nearest city.
Insurance
Uno
International Enterprise strongly recommends you fully insure your
shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can
provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Damaged On Arrival
If
merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier
attempting delivery and notify Uno International Enterprise immediately
. If you do not notify Uno International Enterprise of damaged goods
within the first 5 days of arrival, our regular return policy will
override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current
manufacturer restrictions.
Faulty Product
DEFECTIVE
returns can be returned directly to Uno International Enterprise within
14 days from the invoice date, at our discretion for: credit,
replacement, exchange or repair.
Non Faulty
NON-DEFECTIVE
returns can be accepted directly by Uno International Enterprise within
7 days from the invoice date, at our discretion for: credit, exchange.
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.

pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Uno
International Enterprise reserves the right to make adjustments due to
changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price
changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
